For destination weddings, flights and accommodation are either quoted separately or covered directly by the client.

This includes travel and accommodation for:

The photographer, assistant and/or second shooter (where applicable).

All travel arrangements are discussed and confirmed in advance as part of the booking process.

Multi-day Coverage


Many destination weddings span more than one day. Coverage can include welcome dinners, pre-wedding events or post-wedding sessions.

FAQ

How can we secure our wedding date?

To secure your booking I would require a signed contract and a non -refundable retainer which is 50% of your overall package price.

Would we need a 2nd Photographer?

A second shooter ensures comprehensive coverage by capturing simultaneous events, guest reactions, and candid moments from different perspectives. This helps with efficient time management and ensures no important moment is missed, providing a richer and more complete story of your special day.

How many people are on your team?

I am a solo photographer most of the time, but on occasions, I attend weddings with an assistant, depending on the location and logistics of the day. If you opt for a second photographer, there will be a total of three people on the team.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm London, UK based and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee for the team depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the best way to come.

When will we get our photos?

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 12 weeks. From the gallery, you can download all the photos, share them, and choose your favourites. Sneak peeks of your wedding will be available a week after your wedding.

How many pictures will we receive?

For a 12 hours coverage wedding, you will receive a minimum of 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
